Shipping & Returns

Firearm shipments

Firearms are shipped only when and where legally permitted and generally must be sent to an eligible Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). The receiving dealer must provide any required license information before shipment. Buyers are responsible for confirming that the receiving dealer will accept the transfer and that the item is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Non-firearm items

Eligible non-firearm merchandise may be shipped directly to the address provided with the order, subject to carrier restrictions and applicable law. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Inspection and transfer

Please inspect a firearm at the receiving dealer before completing the transfer. If there is a concern, contact Phoenix C&R Armory before accepting the transfer.

Returns

Do not ship any item back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions. Return eligibility depends on the item, its condition, the transaction status, and applicable law. Firearms and other regulated items may be subject to additional transfer, shipping, and restocking requirements.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

Contact us promptly through our Contact Us page. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when appropriate.
