Purchasing and Firearm Transfers

Phoenix Curio & Relic Armory helps collectors purchase historic and collectible firearms through a clear, responsible process. All transactions are completed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.

Before You Order

Please contact us before placing an order if you have questions about eligibility, local restrictions, receiving-dealer information, shipping, or Maryland transfer procedures. Buyers are responsible for confirming that an item is lawful in their jurisdiction and that their receiving dealer will accept the transfer.

Firearm Orders and Payment

Payment does not authorize immediate shipment or delivery. Orders remain subject to identity, eligibility, license, payment, and receiving-dealer verification, as applicable.

Shipments to a Receiving FFL

When shipment to another Federal Firearms Licensee is required, the receiving license must be provided and verified before shipment. Firearms are shipped only to eligible destinations and in accordance with carrier requirements.

Maryland Purchases and Transfers

Applicable Maryland procedures must be completed before delivery. Transfer arrangements are handled by appointment, and requirements can differ depending on the firearm and the buyer.

Regional Service Area

Based in Ellicott City, Maryland, Phoenix Curio & Relic Armory serves collectors throughout Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, West Virginia, and New Jersey. Out-of-state firearm purchases are coordinated with an eligible receiving FFL when required.
